Acquisition Process
Allen Automobiles can generally locate the vehicle you desire within 5-30 days. Follow the easy steps below to begin the easiest, most cost effective, car buying experience you've ever had.

Select a 1st and 2nd choice of vehicle
E-mail us for a price quote and/or suggestions for vehicles within your budget.

Secure your financing.
Fill out the Buying Power application. If you will be financing your vehicle, contact the lending institution of your choice and apply for financing on the specific vehicle that you and your Allen Automobiles (AAB) representative have decided upon. If you will be buying your vehicle outright, be prepared to have all funds available and verifiable.

Loan Approval Letter
Upon approval of your loan, have the lending institution provide AAB with a letter of approval indicating the loan amount and specific vehicle the loan has been approved for.

Client Agreement and Deposit
After selecting the vehicle choices with your AAB representative, a Client Agreement will be completed and signed indicating your specific choices of vehicles and your budget price for each selected. At the time of signing your purchase agreement, you will need to make a 10% deposit in the form of a cashier's check based on the projected cost of the vehicle you select. This deposit is used as earnest money in the event that AAB secures one of the vehicles you selected. Your 10% deposit will be applied to the total cost of the vehicle and fees.

Securing Your Vehicle
AAB will contact you on the day of negotiations to notify you of the outcome. Should AAB not secure the purchase of any of your vehicle choices, your full deposit will be refunded to you within 3 business days of notification that negotiations were unsuccessful.

Closing the Deal
After AAB secures your vehicle, a bill of sale will be prepared and faxed to you. This will indicate the final vehicle cost and VIN number. (You will need this information to complete any loan applications with your lending institution.) After AAB receives a cashiers check for the purchase balance, your AAB representative will arrange a time with you to pick-up/deliver your new vehicle.
